The concept for this Proposition 30 poster was to communicate the issue in as straightforward a manner as possible and to treat the intended audience as intelligent adults, capable of being influenced by honestly presented information.
While voters are surely aware of the tight fiscal situtation in Sacramento, I’m not sure that they are fully aware of the extent to which the education budget in California has already been slashed and what cuts are slated for the near future.
